What we collect

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. We only receive personal information when you choose to contact us – by phone, email, WhatsApp, through the enquiry form on this site, or through our online quote and booking forms (provided by ServiceM8). That usually means your name, contact details, address and details of the job.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, provide quotes, arrange and carry out work, and send invoices. We don't sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Third-party services

• ServiceM8 – our quote and booking forms and job management system.
• Web3Forms – delivers enquiry form submissions (and any photos you attach) to our email inbox.
• WhatsApp (Meta) – if you choose to message us on WhatsApp.
• Google – this page loads Google Fonts and an embedded Google Map, and links to our Google reviews. Google may process your IP address when these load.
• Pexels – the background video on our home page is streamed from Pexels on larger screens.

How long we keep it

We keep job and invoice records for as long as we need them for the work and to meet legal and accounting requirements.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email info@scmaintenanceco.co.uk or call 023 8001 7285. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
